We took our grandson to Hometown for his Birthday dinner. We ordered appetizers, pizzas, and a couple sandwiches for our party. The food came out prompt and it was hot and delicious. Our waitress, even brought out cinnamon sticks out to us for his Birthday. The best part of our experience, was our waitress! Olivia, took care of us, always kept our glasses full, and was so kind and courteous. Thank you, Olivia!

Hometown Pizza was a great surprise when we moved to Richmond three years ago. Excellent sauce, great crust, and it could compete with any pizza bistro around. Way better than chain pizza. A great hometown feel welcomes visitors with a lot of vintage publications, signs, and photos. They have room for events I believe, and a nice bar. Keep an eye on the hours with changing seasons, seasonal staffing can be a factor.

I had a quick job up in Richmond, MO. By the time I was done it was 2:00 and I was hungry. Drove around downtown looking for a local eatery and came across Hometown Pizza. I love trying out new places so I stopped in. Being after lunch was not very busy. Waitress was fabulous. Decided to go with a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza with the thin crust. Their thin crust isn't what I would consider a true "thin" crust. More of a thinner crust compared to their regular crust pizza. Pizza came out nice and hot. Perfect toasted mozzarella on top. While not a super thin crust this pizza was very good. Great flavor all around. The only thing IMO that would improve the pizza is a crisp crust to go along with the great toppings. I probably shouldn't have eaten the whole small pizza but couldn't resist. Pizza is a winner. Unfortunately I did not try anything else but perhaps if I am ever up that way again I will stop in and check out some of their other menu items. Very spacious place with lots of room and a separate bar area. If you are in the area looking for some solid food definitely a spot to check out.

Our family loves this pizza place. Family owned. Very historic atmosphere. The pizza is always fresh! The service is great. We just wished they were open more.

We went there as a group, and they had plenty of room to accomodate us. The server was very polite, and responsive. She checked with us multiple times, and we never had to ask for a refill on our drinks. The food was pretty basic, but was cooked well. It all tasted very good. I did not have the pizza, but others did, and it looked like it would be good pizza. Restaraunt interior was very nice, and you could tell that they took pride in their restaurant.

3/31/22 DELICIOUS!!! Macaroni Pie (white cheddar macaroni and bacon) They have three flavors of baked ravioli. All are amazing! Cheese, sausage or beef. If you go get the ravioli basket you get five of each and you don't have to choose. Service was great food was amazing company was even more amazinger!!! ___________ The pizza is really good and the service is great...
